Air filter

Air filter for two-wheel and four-wheel system.

The filtration function of the air cleaner usually works by internal filter.

The materials of our filter are filter paper and filter cloth (non-woven fabric).

We design the filter through choosing the filter material by the volume of engine flows

to get the best cleaning efficiency and prolong its service life.

 

AIR CLEANER ASSY

Air Cleaner ASSY for two-wheel and four-wheel system.

It is an air filter designed to leach outside airborne dust, vapor and dirty air and to supply clean and sufficient air to fuel systems.

It can maximize efficiency of car engines, improve horsepower, and reduce pollution (CO rate) and put an end to the aspirating and operating noise caused by engine.

 

Vapor canister series

CARBON CANISTER/VAPOR CANISTER

Vapor Canister for two-wheel and four-wheel engin system.

Governments of different countries successively set up law to regulate

that the evaporative exhaust volume of hydrocarbon.

The main function of the canister is to absorb and store the vaporized hydrocarbon

and to transfer the hydrocarbon stored in the canister to the inlet pipe after starting engine,

which will make the engine combustion again to prevent vaporized exhaust pollution.

AICV ASSY (For Two-wheel)

AICV remains open at all time so that the air may enter into the exhaust pipe and promote combustion of fuel oil to reduce CO.
When the fuel oil returns to the throttle valve instantaneously, the AICV will close the secondary air valve due to the operation of negative pressure to prevent the gas explore in the exhaust pipe from producing too much bubbling.

 

STRAINER (For two-wheel)

It leaches potential iron scrap and sand from the gasoline and supplies clean and sufficiently air to engine fuel systems, which will make the engine sufficiently combustion to maximize horsepower and to prolong the engine's service life.
The structure of the strainer requires intensity and safe air seal to prevent fuel from leaking.
